I had an issue using the extension because they made updates that made it required to enable 3rd party cookies. I am a Brave user and the brove browser blocks 3rd party cookies by default. Ryan Tinkler contacted me and set up a zoom call to troubleshoot, he saw I had brave and had me allow third party cookies and the extension immediately worked. Great customer support. Also, they will be moving away from third party cookie requirements again heading into 2025.
I could never get the chrome extension to work with my browser (since Nov 2023). I have followed all the troubleshooting steps and all it does is ask me to verify my identify and then closes out. No error message. It hasn't been a tool that I have been able to successfully use since it was installed months ago. I try to use it all the time, but it never loads. After making this known Ryan from ZI reached out to me and we were able to discover the issue is 3rd Party Cookies! SO if you are like me and value your security/privacy and have this turned off, there is a work around and it can be used as intended. I truly do appreciate Ryan reaching out to me so quickly (less than 20mins after my outreach) which brought my review from a one to a four star. Ryan very much saved the day with his quick reaction to my needs and helping me find a quick and simple workaround. My faith has been restored, thanks to Ryan T.
Today is not a good day for the tool - it's exporting maybe 50% of the leads I need to Salesforce from LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
My three main tools I use all day long are Salesforce, LinkedIn and ZoomInfo. I rely on the ZoomInfo Chrome extension and have been using it for 3.5 years. Yes, there are days when the extension doesn't respond properly, but that is rare. I also use Grammarly with the Chrome extension and don't have errors. The ZoomInfo Chrome extension saves me time while I am working with my task list in Salesforce so I don't have to switch to ZoomInfo.

We had an issue in January where the ZoomInfo Extension causes a frozen Chrome browser. Some details: 1. If you have the Grammarly Desktop installed, combined with the ZoomInfo Chrome Extension, your browser will freeze/lockup. 2. There are also a few reports that Chrome may freeze with just the ZoomInfo Chrome Extension installed. This issue has been resolved as of mid-February. Please uninstall/re-install the extension and you'll have the updates. Thank you!
Basically doesnt work half the time, so often has terrible data
This extension has become unusable. It continually shows "No candidates found." Serious problem considering how much more time intensive it is to find candidates on the TalentOS website. Worked great a year ago...
more often than not it does not work. It shows no candidates found. Every update is worse than prior one. Their help and support is not very good either.
Each update is making the extension worse.
This used to work great but just like so many others, the plugin no longer works. It loads then just gives a blank screen. What a bummer. :(
